ORION is a modest building not disturbing its environment with its scale where the multi-floor living is not preferred. Angled settlement of the linear body was preferred as a result of orientation evaluation and land criteria. The body actually consists of two blocks, but as the blocks are connected with a base and green terrace, they are perceived as one single object on the plan view.
Diagonal settlement provides two quite wide triangular area which are used as outdoor sport and parking area at the back, and main entrance and landscape in the front.
Roof and the side facade is covered with zinc continuously as to form a space on the facade. The inner space of the covering surface turns to a landscaping place with large terraces.
Garden duplex houses are totally in green and feels like separate private houses with wide garden in front of them, where as upper floor flats and duplex houses on the attic floor are enriched with terraces.
