The site consists of total 109 apartments with a settlement area of 3725 square meter. Panorama Houses project is designed as a modern and high quality housing settlement on a hill looking over the city centre and the gulf in Narlidere, a district of İzmir, which is one of those with the largest green area texture. Blocks and each of the apartments in it are open to the oxygen-rich pinewood in the south and panoramic view of the city centre and the gulf in the north. Blocks are positioned on an arch form not blocking the view of each other. Panorama houses project has a unique and distinctive architectural line with the combination of blocks, plays among forms and material selection.
The oval shaped square created in the entrance of the settlement includes rich landscape elements and it welcomes users with its inviting character and provides their distribution to houses. It offers a pleasant and unique space experience with its open infinity pool and terrace integrated with the view of the gulf. The settlement offers a wholesome area of living with its children play grounds, sport facilities and alleys. The Panorama houses, offering nature-friendly, luminous, spacious and quality living areas, will be a life environment for the individuals who will live there as well as us the designers during the planning process of the houses.
