In İzmir’s geographic structure, the diffuculties of the topography and the program needs, have been the determinants of the project; Placing high-density blocks on the sloping siite, and providing maximum view benefit for the residences. The structure was solved as blocks settled on the boundry line. Thus, all of the apartments are captures views from different angles. In the courtyard formed at the center, social space are formed. The slope creates a gradual structuring. Also, project includes 250 apartments with different types and sizes.
