ABOUT
The project consists of 4 blocks including 26 houses of 3 different types. Buildings, located on a line, are connected to each other with the car parking on the basement. Architectural and landscape solutions are generated by minimizing the inclination of the land. Landscape plan of the site has simple and natural design. All the units are either garden duplex or attic duplex. None of the house is wall to wall neighbor to another. Each unit provides as much privacy as a detached house.
