Öveçler neighborhood is one of the residential and business center in Ankara.Primarily planned,as a residential area of the user over time, the dynamics began to accommodate commercial units on the wall. The project has located where the corner of Çetin Emeç Boulevard, and It stands out from the other buildings that around with expression.
Wood paneling is covers the facades of the building,and the observer of the cruising has been producing with different rhythms in the different time frames of moving, and keeps dynamic interaction with the amount of emitting in the facade.
