ABOUT

The plot is at the very center of the city, Ankara, at the junction point of Farabi Street and Kıbrıs Street. At first, structure has been designed entirely of exposed concrete, after given bad outcome, it was covered over. Two bodies are proposed on top of each other on the vertical axis and there is a slit between those two. Terrace use at the top is provided as an escape space for the users, working in the very dense center of the city. Extremely simple design. Structure was considered as dominated by concrete and glass. After taking a look at the results, it coincides with the desired product from the first sketches.
