ABOUT
Arte - Cemre Administration Building is based in Ankara, Çayyolu, Turkey. Arte building is divided into various offices in an emerging area, with two floors that has been designed according to the adjacent construction regulations as semi-detached. Many buildings in the surrounding was designed and constructed separately, even though they are semi-detached, the independence of the structure gives the sense of unfinished. The integrity is caught by the chance of designing two separate firm buildings together. Building extends to the 4th floor alongside the basement and attic. It was designed in such a way that, all the service areas planned towards the adjacent wall, so that office space can benefit from natural light and ventilation. The ground floor holds the secretariat office, waiting lounge and technical office, first floor holds the administrative offices, while the rooftop terrace was designed as a recreation hall for hobbies. In the basement section there is a parking space, cafeteria and storage excerpt. Transparency is dominant at the rear facades as the orientation also allows. Compact laminated coating covers all the buildings as protection. The aluminum joinery metal grille in the front, depending on the direction, was used as screening elements for places where there is solar shading. The building's interior and exterior, mainly glass, aluminum and high standards of organized roofing materials are used. This pioneering and technological image emphasizes, whereas the fringes of wooden posts and adds warmth to the structure by balancing them.
