In the design process , to have a structure where the client requests coincide with the architect 's approach to the project has made it lucky. Building design is lean,modern and simple.This project constructed over a demolished cooparative site,with in an adjacent building layout.The structure has been built off road frontage. The living area, kitchen and garage are located on the ground floor, while the first floor is devoted to quiet areas-bedrooms and a library. The penthouse floor is a hobby area designed for leisure time. Veiled by Wet wood-grilled windows ; The dining room and the library was opened to the way the scale window with these restrictions.The spaces are located on the rear side is more of a transparent surface with large windows opening onto the garden . The building is designed to be surrounded by wood and concrete surfaces, nonetheless, ıt could not be realized fully, with the request at the construction phase, it has turned into plaster. The dressing room and sauna are planned with a private bathroom where the bedroom is. The bath opens to the backyard with a large window. Sunlight penetrates fully inside, the floor is teak and the bath tub is specially designed. Despite the size of the total covered area, house has only three bedrooms.
