The structure is located in Balgat quarter of Ankara within housing buildings. The front windows are directed to the main road. Thus, windows assisted to the controlled receipt of light to the interior. The area with a height of 2 floors obtained with the retraction of the 1st floor provided a prestigious entrance. The lift, service hall, stairs, toilets and closed office areas were gathered in the western side of the building while it was planned to create a single space in the remaining volume in the layout of an open office.
