The project, which is located around the axis of a linear ceremonial area, contains a 5 star hotel, a 3 star hotel, open air and covered sport facilities, olympic swimming pools, villas, restaurants, cafes and an open air amphitheater constructed on the sea, is a comprehensive military social facility. It has an important place in the master plan of the Tripoli coastal strip. In accordance with the city planning regulations, greenery is the priority.
