ELSA OFFICE
ABOUT
Following the completion of the new management building of ELSA Ortopedics company, it came to VEN to project its interior architecture.
The building consists of 3 basements and 5 floors. Insufficient floor height and division have brought some constraints in the design, as the apartment building is shaped by housing construction conditions.
While a different group company is located on each floor of the building; Elsa orthopedics is on the 3rd and 4th floors, Medi Türk Orthopedics is on the 2nd floor, Plato Bilgisayar is on the 1st floor. At the entrance, opening to the street
Elsa-Medi has a Store. The Technical office on the basement has a separate service entrance from the outside.
All these different functions are linked by a common vertical cyculation area. The graphics on the metal frames designed in this common vertical connection represent the office on the relevant floor.
A simple, stylish and dynamic office is aimed. Pandoma was used as floor covering on the floor, and pandoma coating was preferred on the walls of the office floors along with the vertical shaft. Pandoma supported the reflection of the targeted interior atmosphere with its gross appearance and microbeton application. The new partition walls are mostly glass so that the work offices are isolated from public areas with transparent glass dividers. On the top floor, besides the social area covering the dining hall, table tennis, foosball and multimedia area, there is a seminar hall and a presentation and work office for groups from abroad. This floor can be reached by the steel ladder designed both from the main hall and the center of the 3rd floor. The roof of the building is a roof garden that allows common use.
