The project area is located in the city center, in the historical site. The Ottoman Bank and Central Bank buildings are adjacent to the area. While analysing the project area, the square was designed in harmony with the surrounding texture, providing continuity by connecting the pedestrian axes and creating green areas. A book cafe was placed at the entrance of the square from the direction of Kazımpaşa Street. A fully automatic parking system has been arranged under the square. Parking lot capacity is 334. Vehicle elevator rooms, which are planned for entrance to the automatic car park, are designed as transparent masses. Integration with the square in front of the historical Ottoman bank was considered important. Book Cafe Building consists of ground floor and mezzanine. Library and lounge are designed in a single space.
It was used in combination with brick and Danpal's translucent systems on the facade of the cafe. The height of the cafe building is below the neighboring buildings. The roads on the four sides of the square are connected by ramps and stairs. By creating green areas in stages in landscape arrangement; soil fill thickness is provided where large trees can grow. The building consists of two basements and ground floors. Automatic with full use in the second basement parking and technical volumes are located. 1st basement floor is a part-use floor, volumes are included.
